6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by North Dakota statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Just-In Glass for any mechanical omission, installation variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific service invoice. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing internal automotive electrical faults, structural rust scaling inside the window frame pinchweld, or secondary home structural water damage occurring prior to our technical mobilization.
